Initially assisting with ad-hoc tasks including
1. setting up microsoft hosted exchange
2. map/point domains via GoDaddy's portal...and point to website and hosted
PHASE 2 (rather than Ad-hic, at this point the position could become part-time, then full time. Circ full time P30k > P35k pm)
Moving forward, there will shortly be ongoing promotions for hosted services such, ie) VoIP hosted telephony, also connectivity incl broadband & managed Ethernet services sold B2B, hence will require a first-line support agent to act between customers and the MSP's ()managed service providers). This will include;-
1. Raising support tickets from customers within the support portal, then report/liaise with MSP's providing the service (usually via
2. Setup/configure or make adjustments to customers routers config, managed online through a portal
3. Knowledge of setting up VLAN's
Good IT technical background knowledge
When hired part/full time then this would suit someone who can be available between Ph 4pm to 11pm, as this fits with UK business hours 9am > 5pm
