Print Layout / Graphics Designer

I am looking for someone that can layout a page in a clean and very professional look and prepare it for print based on specs that I provide. I have a job immediately. This will be freelance work on a project basis. I have stuff come up quite a bit that needs to be done. Talented professionals only apply. Reliability is a must.
