REAL ESTATE COLD CALLERS

Hello! We are looking for quick learners, who already have some experience with COLD CALLING and REAL ESTATE, to add to our team. We are not expecting you to be an expert in the real estate field: we will need you to be able to follow a script and determine the caller’s interest. We are looking for someone to:

• make initial contact with prospective sellers
• speak to a prospective seller following a script
• determine if prospective seller has any interest in selling their house
• gather some information from interested seller, and
• schedule an appointment or follow-up call
Must be able to call 100+ calls an hour using mojo triple dialer, documenting all calls in our CRM

You will spend the majority of your time on the phone. Qualities we are looking for in our cold-calling applicants include:

• a pleasant phone voice
• excellent to near-perfect English-speaking skill
• bilingual (English and Spanish) is a PLUS, but not a requirement
• reliable and productive, with or without management watching
• able to work independently, but not afraid to ask if help is needed
• patience
• self-motivated
• fast learner
• positive & CAN-DO attitude.
Salary is PRODUCTION DRIVEN
$2.50/ Hour 4 hours per Day

Full Time Pay
$2.50 / Hour
$25/ week Performance Bonus ( clock-in on time and hit your weekly Production target 12 leads/week)$50 Per Contract
$100 Per Closed deal

Work Hours
Monday through Friday
3PM- 7PM Eastern
