Acquisitions Manager for Real Estate

We are a growing wholesale real estate company. We're looking for a part time Acquisitions Manager with great potential to turn into full time. Starting out, this position will be paid a fixed rate of $4/per call + 5% commission on every closed deal. The income growth opportunity for this position is great. About this role:
The Acquisitions Manager will receive leads from our cold caller, whom has set appointments with potential sellers. The Acquisitions Manager will then make a follow-up call with each seller and work with them in order to come to an agreement on a deal for buying their property. They would also be in charge of sending the seller a contract agreement on the selling price.

Below is a list of application requirements for this position:
• Excellent English speaker/writer
• Knowledge in pulling real estate comps is helpful, but not required
• Experience in real estate
