JOB OVERVIEW

Your Work Responsibilities will include:
Answering calls, responding to customer questions on the phone.
Responding to customer inquiries that arrive through email.
Providing quotes and estimated completion times to customers through email. Collecting payment by sending requests to customers/ Invoicing customers. Among other administrative tasks as needed.
