• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
• Process orders/sample requests with accuracy and timeliness
• Generates clear and effective written proposals/quotations
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
• Coordinates with the relative department to expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints if required.
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems if necessary
• Provide a high level of customer service to ensure clients complete satisfaction.
• Record keeping (inquiries, inbound/outbound calls, customer feedback, etc.).
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
• Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
• Ensure adherence to laws and policies
