Website Design Work (ECommerce Store)

As the title says, I need various ecommerce web stores created in other languages. I plan on using these sites to sign up to Google Adwords.

The niches I need created will be for weight loss and business opportunity. Let me make it quite clear...these sites DO NOT HAVE TO BE FUNCTIONING. The "add to cart" or "add to basket" function does not have to function properly...these sites will look like completely legitimate sites so that I can sign up to Google Adwords with them.

Also, they cannot be copied from anywhere...copyscape.com is a good resource for this. It has to be completely unique.

As I understand, some cms have built in translators so getting websites done in other languages shouldn't be much of a problem.
