Software Engineers/Developers *For Facebook Project*

Thank you for taking the time to read this Job post for our Software Engineer/Developer Position.

Quick Background Info about us:
We are an E-commerce company. We have multiple websites and brands under our management that we ship to our customers worldwide.

The BIG Problem we are facing right now, that you will tackle:
- We currently advertise heavily on the Facebook ads platform, however, we are getting ad accounts shutdown due to IP restrictions and flaggin, which makes it harder for us to create new accounts and most importantly, continue to advertise.

Our company vision is to: “Deliver Happiness to EVERY human on earth. Through products that delight and solve problems, and through our service that resolves and brings joy.”

If we can advertise, we can't reach our customers or achieve our vision.

As the Software engineer, you are also taking part in something big with us, for protecting and growing our advertising assets, to make sure the vision can come ---------- sentially you are the backbone of the company to ensure that we can continue to advertise and scale and reach our customers. Our revenues are highly dependent on Facebook ads, and we cannot scale without it.

So now that you know more about our company and our vision and how you fit in. Lets talk about what you will do…

Most companies write job descriptions, but I don’t give them much emphasis or weight. What is valued in our company is a “results description” instead. After all, we’re NOT looking to hire someone just for a “job”. We’re looking to hire someone to produce RESULTS and be accountable to ---------- 's simple, get them done and you’ll be a HERO and be rewarded. we have no favorites or politics.

***MUST Produce these Results:
- Build out a system that ensures we can retrieve real and aged Facebook accounts, and farm them. We need endless supplies of Business managers. (FB business managers are created from Facebook profiles)
- Create or build or use a software (or a solution), that allows us to log into that specific Facebook profile we retrieved in their original IP, and unique fingerprint ID. (so that Facebook ---------- 't trigger and flag the account. Solutions i've heard is using MLA multilogin: ---------- and having residential proxies running for each FB profile) For example, if we retrieve a new Facebook account, but we login using our own separate IP's, account will get flagged as FB deems it risky. We need to be able to control the FB account using the same IP it was run on previously)
- Create organization, structure SOP's within the teams workflows, accounts, log ins etc.

***Specific Skills and Knowledge Required:
- The ability to attract, recruit, and retain top talent & employees. Managing up to 2-5 developers if needed be.
- Extremely high attention to detail and a “systems thinker”
- Ability to solve problems and anticipate problems before they occur
- Full autonomy after being trained and educated on the tasks
- Familiarity with Software, Proxies, IP, MLA
- General familiarity with Facebook ads, Facebook profiles, and how Facebook tracks your ----------

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us indefinitely. As we are growing our stores and building new brands. We need more advertising accounts that don't get shut, a system in place that will ensure this. Ideally, I am looking for someone full time.
