Your role:
We are hiring for an accounting/administrative assistant to maintain our financial
records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments.
The accounting position creates financial transactions and financial reports from
that information. The creation of financial transactions includes posting
information to accounting software from such source documents as invoices to
customers, cash receipts, and supplier invoices. This also includes reconciling
accounts to ensure
> The candidate must have experience in accounting and/or business
administration, and knowledge of bookkeeping and generally accepted
accounting principles. Must have strong experience with Quickbooks Online
(QBO) and Microsoft Office Applications
> Experience in administrative role
> Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
