Recruitment and reports Manager
20 hours per week position.
We are looking for an experienced and professional Recruitment and reports Manager to join our team! As a Recruitment and reports Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring and job candidates for open positions. Your goal will be to always meet our needs by finding candidates that match our organizational culture and open job positions.
Recruitment and reports Manager duties and responsibilities
• Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
• Create a candidate persona for each open position
• Conduct confidential interviews
• Follow-up references and check credits
• Present shortlisted candidates
• Present detailed candidate profile summaries
• Research and develop recruiting leads
• Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy
• Prepare and present reports to management
Recruitment Manager requirements and qualifications
• 3 years of experience in recruiting or similar HR role
• Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
• Good knowledge of candidate’s selection methods
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Excellent command of English (Read, Write, Speak)
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Microsoft office knowledge and experience (Excel. Word, PowerPoint).
• Reliable internet connection and computer.
• Long term commitment.
