Social Media Manager For Real Estate Photography Business

The bottom line goal is to help me get more local clients for a local real estate photography business in Lynnwood, WA...a city just north of Seattle. I would like to have between 5-10 client photoshoots per week. If you can help deliver on this, there will be more income and room to grow!

My customers are real estate agents in my local city and surrounding area. Right now, I use word of mouth to get clients. I am also a real estate agent, and my office co-workers sometimes work with me. It's slow, but they are loyal and happy with my work. I would like help growing the business through social media and any other free channels in order to meet more clients. I am open to advertising in the future when the income is enough to pay for it.

Responsibilities: post content and grow audiences for Facebook, Instagram, and maybe Pinterest accounts, as well as upload pictures to a Wix portfolio website. I create new content at every photo shoot (the pictures themselves), but I want to spend more time taking pictures and less time managing social media accounts. It might also be helpful to do Craigslist marketing.

Other ideas: direct messaging Real Estate agents and other accounts to offer services, get clients, and grow our audience. I am open to your ideas and experience as well!
