Responsibilities will be varied but center around general admin work, Wordpress, Google Docs, and research.

My entrepreneurial web-based business needs someone who can work with these tools:

- Dropbox
- Google Docs
- Amazon S3
- Basecamp
- Calendly
- Wordpress
- Google Calendar
- Excel and Google Sheets
- Vimeo
- Facebook

Some of the tasks you might do

- Sync documents with Amazon S3 and Dropbox, making sure versions are current
- Research customers and follow them on social media platforms
- Research content for blog posts and articles
- Manage a multi-user Upgrade to see actual info account
- Create and send invoices to clients
- Update meta-descriptions on blog posts
- Summarize reports, highlighting relevant data
- Manage permissions of Vimeo video library
- Scheduling webinars and live streams and making sure presenters have credentials
- Light graphic editing
- Checking blog posts for broken links and updating if necessary

The business serves churches and non-profits in the US, and while subject matter expertise is not required, it might be helpful. Please indicate if you have experience with church or faith-based businesses.

Awesome English skills are a must.
