Previous e-mail Customer Service Experience Essential
Understand that a business has a language that must be followed at all times.
Be able to understand the problems and search for solutions.
Basic Marketing skills preferred but not essential
Jewelry and mens fashion knowledge
A proven track history of all of the above

- Managing multiple email accounts: answering emails regarding products and order processing and shipping. This is done in a timely manner, anything that doesn’t to your manager
- Looking up details on orders and looking for answers through the shipping.
- services and application systems to give accurate responses.
- Responding to general enquiry emails
- Responding to FAQ enquiry emails
- Entering orders from multiple selling platforms into ---------- for processing
- Data entry
- Online research for photoshoots and instagram inspiration
- Some social media scheduling
- Possible EDM creation and development and scheduling
