Duties and Responsibilities
Performs administrative and office support activities, including but not limited to answering phone calls, maintaining files, equipment inventories, and storage
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipates needed supplies; places and expedites orders of the supplies and verifies receipts of the supplies
Liaises with the other admin assistants for any correspondences for distributions or dissemination in each area of responsibility
Manage office supplies stock and place orders
Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
Maintain and update company databases
Organize a filing system for important and confidential documents
Answer queries by employees and clients
Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
Book meeting rooms as required
Generate minutes of the meeting
Coordinates with all departments from different projects
Performs related work as assigned
