Real Estate Cold Calling Expert/Rockstar

Seeking a Real Estate Cold Calling Expert to join the team to make outbound calls to the US (cold calling) using xencall. Will be required to follow a script and take notes as well as set appointments from lead manager to follow-up. Will be required to work 20 hours per week initially.

Employee will have:

- Cold Calling experience
- Can work between 10am and 2pm Eastern Time
- Can speak English fluently
- Is organised and has good time management skills
- is motivated and driven, as this role will need someone who wants to get deals done [Will provide a bonus structure therefore needs to be motivated and driven]
- Ability to be personalise scripts with experience and be flexible and NOT robotic
- Confident and comfortable on the phone
- Speak English fluently

Employee will ideally have:

- Real Estate experience/understanding
- Experience using Xencall
- Knowledge of the USA
