JOB OVERVIEW

This is a permanent role, please read full description carefully. We're looking for an experienced Amazon FBA Business Customer Service Expert.

1) MUST have at least 1 year of Amazon Customer Service (CS) experience, including email.
2) MUST be able to manage all customer service Amazon account performance metrics (response time, tracking numbers, orders status, etc.
3) MUST be able to repeal and prevent issues like A2Z customer complaints, negative feedback, etc.
4) Also be able to multi-task for other tasks, admin tasks, etc.
5) Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
6) Internet and computer skills on all related programs (Google Sheets, Email, Skype, Amazon Seller Central, Sourcing apps, etc.)
8) Positive attitude, willing to learn, ambitious and grow with us
