Application Systems Help Desk / System Administrator

The Application Analyst / System Administrator will provide front-line integration and support of healthcare software and server infrastructure. Works on support of laboratory system software to physician office EMR systems and provides maintenance of windows and linux os.

(S)he will have the capability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally, and the desire to work in a team environment.

This is a remote telecommute position wherein all work is done via high speed internet and voip phone connections. Flexible shifts are ---------- based ---------- eraction with supported users is 95% online and 5% via phone.

Must be able to work 8am to 6pm US EST in rotating shifts.

Requirements:
* Experience with Software Application testing and documentation.
• Proven analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Expert written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Knowledge in use of Microsoft Office desktop tools
• Knowledge of computer script languages (javascript etc) and MS SQL
• Ability to work independently and in a dynamic team environment
* Clinical applications training will be provided.
* Experience with Software Application testing and documentation.
