Real Estate Cold Caller

We are looking for an energetic phone support employee to make phone calls for our team 20 hours per Upgrade to see actual infodividual will need to work Monday – Friday four hours per day, totaling 20 hours per week, The set schedule will be Central Standard Upgrade to see actual infodividual can make calls four hours per day between the hours of 9am and 6pm.

Responsibilities will include:
1. Make phone calls on a dial machine to home owners to see if they are interested in selling their home
2. Asking questions and finding out information about their home
3. Fill out web forms based on information from each phone call
4. Scheduling appointments or passing the lead to other team members

Candidate must have the following Requirements:
1. High English Proficiency - Both written and spoken
2. Cold calling experience
3. Problem Solver
4. Detail Oriented
5. Proficient Computer Skills - Able to learn new software quickly
6. Self Starter
7. Computer Access with good home internet connection
8. Phone Access

Bonus Skills:
1. Podio Software experience
2. Real estate/ wholesaling experience
