JOB OVERVIEW

Job responsibilities:1. Responsible for BD of major clients and negotiation of major partners of the project, formulation of marketing plans and sales plans, planning, organization and implementation of marketing activities;2. Responsible for the construction and promotion of marketing planning, including marketing strategy, marketing communication, event marketing, large-scale activities, etc., to enhance the company's awareness and reputation;3. Responsible for the marketing and promotion of the company's industry in the industry, such as data dissemination and offline activities, to strengthen the industry influence;4. Responsible for training, guidance, promotion, assessment, management and supervision of subordinates of the department;5. Collect information about the industry, master market dynamics, analyze sales and market development, make written reports and targeted solutions;6. Responsible for collecting and summarizing customer information and analyzing customer groups;7. Participated in the research work of new product development of the company, presided over the completion of product market positioning and planning reports, independently wrote pre-production, mid-production and post-production planning plans, and wrote all kinds of copywriting required for advertising and submitted to the public independently;9. Supervised marketing activities, advertising planning, publicity and design within the jurisdiction.Job requirements:1. Fluent in English reading and writing, able to travel frequently around the world; (overseas study experience is preferred)2. More than three years of marketing & planning experience, with a number of successful product planning cases;3. Independently organized and formulated market planning, marketing strategies, product development and other work; Experience in project marketing and sales and business negotiation; Have a deep understanding of marketing work;4. Familiar with the market situation of the company's products and related products; Familiar with media market conditions; Understand the operation process of advertising business; Proficient in operating office software, familiar with business planning and activity procedures;5. Ability to work independently and team spirit; Strong expression, understanding and public relations ability; Proactive, cheerful, efficient, willing to accept challenges, good team spirit.
