Creative technical writer for engineering content marketing

Be part of a great marketing team for professional engineering services. We are looking for a technical writer with the ability to assist our marketing team in preparing content marketing pieces to be used on our website, with clients, in proposals, and via social media channels. Content being produced are high-quality white papers, case studies, leadership-thought pieces, presentations, etc.

You will be responsible and have task ownership of the majority of the content being produced for our campaigns. We are wanting to produce each month:

-1-2 white papers per month (1,500 words)
- 1 in-depth technical guide per month (3000 to 4000 words)
- 1 in-depth blog post per week (1,500 to 2,000 words)
- 2-4 case studies per month
- 2-3 general blog post per month

Average of 12,000 words per month.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop successful content marketing initiatives in all stages, from planning to execution (writing) to delivery (completed article)
- Working with the team, develop content to support SEO, ad-generation, client requirements
- Perform research required to understand the technical topic and develop outlines, content, organizational structure.
- Investigate and help implement ways to increase conversion of inbound traffic to the website (landing pages, educational content, articles)
- Identify and develop an outline for supporting graphic request (graphs, infographics, etc.

Ideal Candidate:
3+ years experience in content writing, journalism, technical writing
B.S in engineering, technical writing, environmental science, chemistry or other science based degree
Experience with marketing automation or email automation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Attention to detail and sense of urgency
The ability to be a self-started who takes ownership and full accountability, comfortable with communicating through the various stages of the project

Starting salary is Php 20,000 to 45,000 with performance bonuses and higher pay depending on experience and productivity.
