Graphic Designer

Pamlico Group is group of marketing companies that serve a variety of industries. We currently have three divisions: Waypoint Branding which focuses on the boating and outdoor markets, Ascent Branding that focuses on general business marketing, and Maho Productions that is a tradeshow / event management company.

We are hiring a full time graphic designer. This position reports to our Creative Director.

• Execute all visual design stages from concept to execution
• Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex roadblocks
• Experienced in logo designing
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
• Design and deliver a variety of designs and assets in suitable formats
• knowledgeable on high-converting designs
• Create graphics for a blog, websites, and social media, print outs

Technical Requirement
• Proficient in using Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Experience working remotely and autonomously
• Proven work experience as a graphic designer (Portfolio is a must)
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• up-to-date with the latest web trends, techniques and technologies
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
