ABOUT POSITION:
Customer support, software testing and maintaining documentation for a simple accounting program + admin support

WORK ON EUROPEAN CENTRAL TIME ZONE - FULL TIME
9-6pm

REQUIRED:
Very good understandable English
College Degree: Accounting
Experience in Bookkeeping/Accounting
Knowledge of Quickbooks, Excel, Word, Windows 7 and 8

PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:
Photoshop, Salesforce, HTML, Filemaker, Wordpress, SEO
Experience in IT industry

QUALIFICATIONS:
Great Attention to detail
Extremely organized
Good with people on the phone, charismatic
Analytical skills
Can work extra hours when needed
"If I don't know how, I will figure out" attitude - open to any kind of task

WE ARE 4 YEAR OLD COMPANY, YOU WILL HAVE EXPOSURE TO MANY DIFFERENT TASKS AND WILL LEARN A LOT
WE MAY RELOCATE YOU TO EUROPE LATER ON IF YOU ARE A SUPER FIT

DUTIES:
Customer tech support for simple accounting software (tier 1 and 2)
Setting up the software for client's needs
Updating clients to new versions
Training new subscribers via screen-sharing, email, skype etc
Helping customers to understand how to use the software for their specific needs
Software testing
Creating and organizing internal documentation
Creating and maintaining Help & Training Knowledgebase (collect common help & support issues that customers contact us with and write solutions to them)
Managing CRM database (Salesforce, we will teach how to use it if needed)
Project management
Research
Admin support
