Cold Call Virtual Assistant / Real estate Outbound Calls

Looking for someone with excellent customer service skills. This service will entail contacting private homeowners of vacant properties to see if they are interested in selling their property.

Mojo dialer will be provided to dial out numbers. Must be able to call 100+ calls an hour, scripts are provided with training. you will be responsible for asking them a few questions , documenting the information in our CRM, and reporting back to me with updated info.

Will be entering data from sites to form marketing list

Must be fluent English speaker, and writer. Looking for someone part time

Qualifications:
Must be able to make calls between 10:00 am and 7:00 ---------- t 2 hours a day. 5/6 days a week and some weekends if needed.
Must be reliable, and able to consistently work remotely with supervision in a quiet place.
Tech Savy- need to know how to use smart phone, and web based applications we have.( we can teach you).
Typing skills-must be able to type while on the phone with prospects while using our processes.
Must have a Desktop or Laptop computer with high speed internet access.
