JOB OVERVIEW

We are a real estate company in the US looking for an assistant to work 20- 40 hours a week. full time position in the future is preferred. The job will entail internet research, data entry, and eventually calling to set appointments. Please reach out if you are interested in this position, with resume attached. Task
-Research online for certain information to input onto spreadsheets
-organize spreadsheets daily
-call to set appointments (in the future)


Skills
-Data entry
-Writing Skills.
-Must be Tech Savvy Daily.
-Attention to detail and meticulous.
-Fluent English and feel comfortable and confident calling home / property owners.
-Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word.

Requirements
- *video chat capability* (required for train)
-Previous administration experience in real estate agency is preferred.
-Previous Transaction/ Listing coordination experience is preferred but not required


Proposed Compensation
$400 - $800 per month full time 8 hrs a day
$200 - $400 per month part time 4 hrs a day
