Animation Graphic Designers (Freelance or FT) for mobile app development company

We are a fast growing mobile app development company. We mainly produce emoji apps and games for iOS and Android.

To cope with our fast pace growth, we want many freelance graphic designers who can do animations to produce gif animated emoticons and the associated png as static images. We preferred tools from Adobe and the source documents are preferred to be in Photoshop format for our future editing of the graphics. As the hiring company, we shall own the global copyrights of the emoji after the designers have completed the emoji design.

When you apply, please include several gif files of emoji design of yours.

As we produce mobile apps on games as well, if the candidate has skills in designing characters and animation for mobile games, it will be a plus and it is opportunities for you to expand your work on other areas within the same fast growing company.

You must have the following qualities:
1/ Great experience in designing animations, experience in design animated emoji is a plus plus.
2/ Familiar with Adobe suite of products for graphic design, especially Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator
3/ Great English writing and grammar understanding
4/ Ability to follow instructions, with attention to details because we have robust systems on organising our emoji packs for product development
5/ Be creative to create different types of expressions or emoticons and show extra effort in designing different animations or designs even showing the same expression, e.g. laughing
6/ Assurance of quality output of artwork before sending to employer for approval
7/ Ability to work at your own and deliver work in fast and efficient manner
8/ Will be a great advantage to have necessary backup system in place for computer so that when your location is out of electricity, still can continue to work on design project without interruption
9/ Excellent communication via Skype, and email

Pay rate : pay per project of 36 animated emoji per one character, exact amount depends on quality and complexity of design

Pay schedule : immediate when output of work is delivered so the faster you produce, the more you can earn

Payment method : MUST be via Paypal

Hours per week required: as available by freelancer
