Travel Agency Virtual Assistant

We are a travel company based in the United Kingdom. We are looking for enthusiastic, positive individuals who have previous experience in travel industry to join our online travel business. All of our customers are based in UK and looking for Flights, hotel and other holiday activities.

The general scope of work are
- Responding to customer requests and helping them to sell our products, both via phone calls and online chating
- Issue Airline tickets/ Hotel/ holiday vouchers
- Correspond with clients via email.
- Assist clients to increase sales closure.
- Researching on holiday/tour packages
- Correspond with tour operators to purchase tours packages.
- Issue evoucher to clients for the tour packages
- Product entry on our CMS to add / amend tours details.
- Travel planning for custom and corporate travels.
- Managing our ticketing system and allocating tickets
- Doing research tasks
- General admin tasks

Skills that will be advantageous
- Any experience with Galileo, Amadeus and Worldspan GDS systems
- Facebook , Instagram and Other Social media marketing
- Copywriting
- Graphics & Multimedia design

Excellent English a MUST, as you will be communicating with customers by email or text message. Also, you will report to one person (the owner) by email mainly, though a weekly phone call/Skype call will be required to check in for a conversation.

I am seeking someone with a high attention-to-detail, as well as someone with some personality.
I am hoping to build an ongoing relationship with this person as the business grows, and provide them with more and more opportunities as my business grows.
