WordPress site Designer/Developer and content write

We are a Canada-based company and currently need a WordPress developer and content writer for our new niches websites building. We have a number of projects in pipeline so this could potentially become a full-time role. In your application answer the following questions. Any application without answering the following will not be considered:

1. How long is your experience with WordPress?
2. How long is your experience with website designing in general?
3. How long is your experience with content writing?
4. What WordPress tools/plugnis/add-ons are you familiar with?
5. How long (in hours) would it take to create a website like this using WordPress and your choice of builder? (These are example sites)

Even though the above questions ask for experience but we are equally open for ones who do not have that much experiene (should have at least 6months experience in WordPress design) but are willing to learn and put in an extra effort.
