JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking a virtual assistant to handle bookkeeping and data entry tasks. Experience in the auto repair industry and/or insurance industry helpful but not required.

Schedule: Graveyard Shift

Requirements::
- A minimum of 3 years Accounting experience
- Experience with COGS and in/out pass thru accounts (mandatory)
- Must have impeccable English skills both reading, speaking, and writing.
- Little to no accent required
- Good working USB headset, with noise cancellation
- Must pass background checks & provide references
- Must have dedicated hi speed internet service and backup connection
- Must have own computer with at least Windows 10. I prefer 2 monitors
- Quickbooks Desktop experience (mandatory)

Job Duties:
- Quickbooks Desktop management from invoicing, account reconciliations and reporting
- Customizing reports using Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Data Entry into our CRM system to ensure accuracy
- Outgoing calls to vendors to place orders or resolve accounting issues/payments
