Recruitment Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

• Manages, Conducts and Organizes interviews

• Handles end to end process of recruitment candidate’s preparation and journey from interview until on boarding

• Specializes in headhunting, identifying and recruiting executives’ local and regional (with focus on middle to senior level)
• Effectively researches suitable candidates using search engine platforms LinkedIN, Monster and ATS
• Establishes and cultivate relationships with company’s clients, goal is to meet client’s needs so customers are satisfied, resulting in profits for the company
• Responds to clients’ inquiries and find solutions to client issues such as those dealing with billing
• Uses sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from clients and or candidates.
