For our young fashion label we are looking for a professional designer. You should have several years of experience in Tshirt Design. The designs you will create for us should have one style. All our designs have to do with travel. Designing motives like palm trees, animals, sunsets, mountains, fruits, etc. should not be a challenge for you.
Criteria you should bring with you:
- several years (min. 3 years) experience in graphic Tshirt Design
- you should be reachable frequently for arrangements
- you are capable of criticism
- you speak English very well
- you should always use royalty-free templates if necessary
- you agree to sign a copyright agreement
- you want to establish a long lasting partnership with us

Payment/ Wage
- we are willing to pay a 5$-10$ fee per design - depending on effort
- in the case of mutual success paymens/ fees will increase
That's how it could work:
- we send you our design ideas (for the first collection we need 7-10) as a drawn template, so that you can visualize what we require from you
- you give free rein to your creativity
- you create designs printable on white and black shirts (so every design has two versions)
- you send us your created designs and wait for our reply
- you change the design until we are completely satisfied
- you send us the final versions in a prinable format
