Designer for T-Shirt

I need a designer for my t-shirt business.
So it should be nice innovating designs which can be published on mba spreadshirt and co.
How much hours depends on my money available and the success of it.

Would start with few hours and if good work (good designs and good amount of designs/hour) I will order more!
