THE ROLE
Well planned and comprehensive Search Engine Marketing is a crucial part of our growth story. We're looking for a talented individual to own this role. As our SEM Manager, you will own and manage a large portfolio of keywords, creating and running campaigns and optimised landing pages to deliver our business targets.
Your responsibilities will include:-
- Ownership of our paid SEM / PPC budget
- The design and test of new and existing acquisition campaigns and ads
- Monitoring quality, click through rates and conversion rates
- Identification of low performing ads and placements and making changes necessary to maximise acquisitions and reduce CPA
- Creation and maintenance of master keyword lists
- Creation, monitoring and optimisation of tailored landing pages to improve on-page conversion
What you need to have
- At least 3 years experience of managing PPC campaigns in Adwords, Bing other PPC platforms such as Yahoo or
- Google Adwords Certified Professional
- A minimum of two Google Analytics Certifications
- A passion for internet marketing and the ability to think analytically as well as creatively
- Extensive experience of analytics packages (Google Analytics or others)
- Landing page creation and management through systems like Unbounce or LeadPages
- The commercial and analytical insight to understand why certain landing pages convert
- Experience selling SaaS platforms a bonus
