Credit Repair Specialist

This is a commission-based position.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- The ideal candidate will be comfortable with making outbound SALES calls as well as handling incoming calls to collect on accounts that are past due.
- Working with customers to help them find the best solution for account payments.
- Reconciling and helping customers understand their account(s) and responsibilities.
- Overcome objections that customers may have about making payments towards their account.
- Working closely with the team to assist them in collecting funds and processing payments.
- Utilize reports, tools and resources available to analyze customer account(s) to make good decisions on releasing orders.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Phone experience in customer service and sales environment.
- Minimum 1 year of credit collection experience preferred Friendly, positive and at all times professional attitude.
- Reliable, independent, and self-motivator.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and adherence to critical deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Client Dispute Manager
