We are a Filipino owned company that is looking for Filipino ads assistant with strategic thinking, analytical, creative and communicative skills. The successful candidate should have online ads management skills and thrive working in an ever-changing Facebook/Instagram environment. He or she should have good experience and knowledge of running Facebook and other online marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate for this position has a good understanding of social media and analytics in paid media with a strong discipline for driving conversions and delivering ROI. They are overly positive, hungry for success, love constant challenges, expert multi-taskers and enjoy a fast-paced working environment.

He/she will launch various marketing campaigns that will be seen by millions of consumers around the world. Must know how to manage his/her time well and be available to work- on weekends or on-call as needed.

Please tell us about your Facebook marketing experience, previous campaigns, results, ROIs, case studies. Be as specific as possible, with examples and numbers, i.e. budgets managed, CPA achieved, percentage improvements, etc. when submitting a proposal

We are not expecting for an over experienced candidate, we more look for the passionate and positive character to grow with us. The candidate will be supervised and managed by an international eCom coach. Salary starting at Php15-20K Upgrade to see actual infondidate must know basic graphics, copywriting and have their own internet/pc or laptop. Should be familiar with Shopify dropshipping or print on demand. Must be ok to work early morning between 8-11 am Monday-Fridays for meetings.
