Facebook Ads Expert for Real Estate

I am looking for a Facebook ads SUPERSTAR in the REAL ESTATE niche. The #1 concern realtors have right now are the new changes facebook has implemented, taking away things like being able to target certain interests, income, etc. This has in return made lead generation on facebook more difficult over the past year. I am looking for someone that can provide a solution to this problem and explain how they dealt with these changes to keep delivering results.
Requirements:
1. You must have past results that you can showcase live.
2. Must have experience in the North American Real Estate market (USA and/ or Canada)
3. You must be able to write ad copy and handle all of the targeting
4. Must be fluent in english
5. Must be comfortable with large ad spend budgets
