Ecommerce (Shopify) & Customer Service Virtual Assistant

Hello!

In October I will launch a new UK based online home brand selling furniture, lighting, soft furnishings and homewares. The e-commerce platform will be Shopify.

I am looking for virtual assistant who is experienced in two areas:

1. Working with Shopify stores to manage tasks such as adding new products, order management and delivery management/tracking
2. Customer service - to provide support to customers via social media, webchat, email and phone

The ideal person will be available to work during UK business hours Monday to Friday excluding public holidays and speak/write good English.
