Advanced Web Developer/ PHP Programmer

What we need is an advanced web developer that can build this platform for us and hopefully stay with us even after the website is finished.

This is what we expect from you:

-Ideally have 3-5 years experience

-Be advanced in PHP, Wordpress, LAMP, MySQL, Javascript

-Have fast and reliable internet

-Good spoken and written English

-Be able to pay great attention detail

-Be able to develop advanced websites/ platforms

-You will be working with out web designer to build our site so you must be able to convert/ build PSD's into HTML

Also, please ONLY apply IF:

-You can build a site like teespring.com or spreadshirt.com (Our website will be very similar to these two). You will be developing a site similar to this so please go through both of these sites and see if you'd be able to build the same functionalities as they have.

Here is how the application process will go:

1) Please apply if you've fully read the requirements and think you are a good fit for us.

2) After we receive your application we will send you all the functionalities and features that we want our website to have - you will then tell us if you are capable of developing them.

3) If we find that you are capable of developing what we want, we'll then send you a few interview questions.

4) Next we will have a short chat to go over any last questions.

5) If we think you are a great fit for our company - YOU'RE HIRED!

If hired, you will be working with our web designer to develop our site (we are still in the start-up phase). The site should only take approximately 2 months to build. We will hire 4 people from this website, and you will all be on a 4 month contract to start with. If you perform well and prove to be a great employee, you will stay with us permanently after the 4 months.
