We are looking for a User Success Assistant to help with onboarding new users and brands and helping them succeed.

REQUIREMENTS
-You are a self-starter, detail-oriented and able to follow standard procedures
-You have at least 1 year of experience in Pay per Click management (Amazon Sponsored Products experience a plus)
-Your dream is to work in a remote, fast-paced, challenging and exciting environment
-You are available to work on US hours (Graveyard shift)
-You have analytical skills, are passionate about numbers and enjoy working with and understanding them
-You must be an empathic person, love connecting with people, sharing your knowledge and strive to offer a great customer support experience
-You must be willing to learn


By the end of your training period, you will be able to provide insightful technical answers and recommend creative ways for Amazon Sellers to get the most out of the Zon.Tools platform
