Wordpress (Building a secure portal, with a LMS and CMS)

I need a secure portal built on my WordPress website. This portal will allow our students to login and see relevant information uploaded by us using a CMS, but they will also be able to edit certain information inside the portal too.

I also need an online calculator built...It will work by selecting images of items that people want to buy, when someone clicks a n number of images, the calculator adds all the prices together and updates a figure in real time...I can provide you with the images, and the math, you just need to make it operational.
