Australian Company Seeks a SuperStar Social Media Marketer & Writer

We’re an Australian company selling eco friendly baby products and organic beauty products. We’re looking for a superstar social media marketer and writer, and we’d love it if you’ve got some graphic design experience, too.
We’re looking for someone to work with the boss (that’s me!) but will also be able to work with our other Virtual Assistant and our Australian team when necessary.
I’m usually doing lots of different things at once, so I’m looking for someone who likes to do lots of different tasks; who will ask questions when they need to; and who will remind me if I’ve forgotten to do something! We have lots of fun around here, so it’s important that we find someone who has a great sense of humour, who’s enthusiastic and loves meeting challenges.
It's important that you have worked as a virtual assistant before. We'll train you on specific tasks, but we really need someone who is ready to get started immediately.
Our SuperStar will have the following skills:
Social Media Marketing
• Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter marketing
• Combining social media marketing with our email marketing
Research
• Coming up with ideas for blog posts and facebook posts
• Doing the research for the articles and posts
SEO knowledge
• Ability to write meta descriptions and page titles.
• You’ll need a sound knowledge of keyword research so that you can target the correct keywords for our posts and blogs.
• Knowledge of on page and off page optimization, and content marketing.
Graphic Design
• Ability to design banners for facebook and social media posts, infographs. Not necessarily in Photoshop, experience with using something like Canva or PicMonkey is fine.
Writing
• Rewriting product descriptions
We need you to rewrite product descriptions for our websites so that they are SEO friendly, contain the right keywords and are unique to our website.
• Blog articles
We’ll need to you to write articles about our brands, new products and ideas and hints for how to use our products.
Virtual assistant work
We may also ask you to help out our other virtual assistant when things get busy – we’ll train you on any of the applications we need you to use. There will be occasional image research, some data entry (but not much), assistance with our website and other tasks.
It’s important that you are familiar with the tools that we use: asana, jing, dropbox and skype.
This is a long term, secure role. We have a team in Australia, and a virtual assistant, so we’re experienced with working with remote assistants. We’re fun, flexible and reliable, and we’re looking for someone who’s keen to work hard and have fun, too!
