Full Time Ecommerce VA - Assist in SEO, Leadgen, Copywriting, etc...

Howdy! My name is Nate and I'm the CEO of three ecommerce companies based in the US. We're looking to hire a long-term, full-time VA to help us with a lot of tasks that we seem to never get to. Below are some of the responsibilities we will ask of our VA:

-- Use excel or google sheets to record and assess the best use of funds (ROI) for paid advertising opportunities. These opportunities could be in social media, podcasts, email marketing, etc....
-- Email out to social media and website influencers for sponsorship and affiliate programs.
-- Email out to vendors for category sponsorship opportunities of banner advertising on our site.
-- Use SEO software to analyze popular keywords in our industry and integrate those keywords into certain pages and blog posts on our site.
-- Develop a consistent strategy for link building.
-- Spend some time being strategic and creative on how to increase our organic site traffic.
-- Have good copywriting and blog writing experience to help us compose written posts for our websites. Many of them will be ‘listicles’ e.g., “The 5 Best CBD Products for Sleep in 2019”

In terms of working with me, I'm relatively young (31), pretty laid back, and believe in a work-life balance, so I will give that same respect to our VA. I will not require that the VA work on the US time zone. I do like to have video calls with my VA from time to time, although these probably won't be too ---------- your response to this posting, please let me know one of your favorite songs you've been listening to lately.
