JOB OVERVIEW

Job Aim

EDUCPLUS is seeking a qualified and experienced E.Marketing Web Administrator to perform a wide range of E.Marketing and Web administrative based work. The role will include website content and social media administration and measuring campaign outcomes to company plans and targets.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Undertake a range of online marketing activities to include: search engine promotion, reciprocal links, viral marketing, online advertising, directory listings and other activities/opportunities, to promote the websites and therefore the company.
• Evaluate content and positioning of the company website.
• Work with the company’s web design department to ensure website is developed and maintained on an on-going basis to ensure its content and accessibility meets user needs.
• Liaise with the company’s web design department and copywriters (as applicable) to ensure each website produced meets the intended purpose and is cost effective.
• Moderate online forums throughout the day, releasing and editing posts and reporting on usage.
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels, through website statistics, feedback and discussion with relevant groups, questionnaires, and other methods.
• Oversee web development, content creation, and social media engagement efforts for the company website, blogs and digital campaigns.
• Help to improve the usability, design, touch points and conversion rates of the website
• Plan, develop, and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns including social media , website, email, print and search engine.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators of marketing efforts, experience with Google Analytics (a major plus)
• Working closely with the company management to ensure online strategies and approaches are in line with offline strategies and business need.

Education and Experience

• At least 1 years’ experience working within similar role
• Basic HTML skills required with any CSS understanding
• Knowledge of relevant software
• Previous knowledge of content management systems (a must)
• Experience of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Email marketing and Social Media
• Experience in Campaign management
• Thorough understanding of Microsoft office tools
