Position: Japanese Travel and Expense Analyst
Industries: IT Company
Location: Quezon City
Schedule: Dayshift (9am to 6pm)
Salary: P50,000 - P75,000

Requirements :
Filipino who can speak, read and write Japanese
Japanese National with at least tourist Visa
JLPT N1,N2,N3 Passer/Level
Bachelor’s Degree holder
No Age Limit
Open for Fresh Graduate
Related experience is a big Advantage
Amenable to work in Quezon City

Responsibilities:
Manage reimbursement of employees
Identify, validate, and confirm duplicate reimbursements of travel expenses of their employees
Inform client of the confirmed transaction for recovery or invalidation of claim
Determine if the submitted expenses is beyond the spending limit and to assess the possible reason of this type of transaction
Determine intentional or unintentional claiming thru reimbursement
Identify who among the employees are practicing unfavorable behavior in expense report
Ensuring that the travel and expense of the company adhere to its policies
