Part Time Documentation VA needed for Singapore Startup.

Are you an experienced Virtual Assistant with documentation experience? Are you VISUAL, with a flair for design?
Then we need to talk!

As a Virtual Assistant, you will report to our Marketing Director to assist him in documentation.

Documentation includes editing, researching and compiling information readily available in our organisation and Head ---------- also involves formatting, resizing and replacing pages, text and images inside documents as per our Editorial Guidelines.
All documents are in Adobe Acrobat pdf format.

Experience in PDF Professional is compulsory. You MUST have ACROBAT PROFESSIONAL SOFTWARE.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience working in a similar capacity.
You MUST DEMONSTRATE competency in editing pdf documents.

This will be a long-term, ongoing role in a part time capacity.
You can look forward to flexible working arrangements and independence.
Weekly reporting for work done will be expected via Skype Video calls (or by email).
