Looking for full-time graphic designer to work directly with CMO!

Hi,

My name is Yosepha and I'm the Director of Marketing of an admissions counseling company in the U.S (ingeniusprep.com)

We are looking to hire a full-time employee to help us with our graphic design. This person will be responsible for making marketing materials—brochures, flyers, PDFs, infographics, and other branded documents.

Details of employment:
We are extremely hardworking, but fair employers. We appreciate employees who develop their own ideas and implement them (someone who takes initiative).

Our employees stay with us for a very long time, and we are extremely selective. We are looking for someone that will stay with the company indefinitely.

We provide 13th month bonus, paid vacation/maternity leave, monthly bonuses, and annual or semi-annual raises. We are nice, and extremely fair, but have very high expectations (for ourselves as well as our employees).

Selected applicants will be given a 2-week trial period, during which they will receive full pay on a daily basis. Following the trial period, we will ask strong-performing applicants to stay on full-time.
