Video Editor needed (Part Time) Experience required

I am looking for an experienced video editor that can do some simple and clean edits to my existing videos.

I am looking for someone who can be FAST, effective, and has previous experience EDITING! You must be able to add music, text, lower thirds and make my videos more professional.
