DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES LOGISTIC AND ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
1. SALES: Orders
Coordinate with the logistics company the delivery schedule(Logistics)
Prepare DRs and encode sales in the internal ERP
Monitoring/Supervising the correct price in each order
Monitoring/Supervising the risk policy before delivering
2. Weekly reports to HO and other requests from Spain
3.Manage the pending collections with the agents
4.Renewal of permits
5. In charge of the importation process
6. SPS
Coordination with Broker and Spain
7. Monitoring of Arrival in warehouse
8. Encoding of purchase invoices from Spain to the internal ERP
9. Person in charge of the correct maintenance of physical inventory and proper record into the system
10. Registration and Renewal of LTO and CFPRs(BAI)
11. Bookings/Hotels Airfares
