Technical Lead should be able to lead a team of resources, and complete the assign tasks on time, help senior and junior resources in completing their task and guide them in technical aspect. Participation in all client interactions, participate in design discussions and provide/suggest solution. This rich experience will allow you to grow as an Architect/Associate Project Manager for larger projects/teams.

Responsibilities:

· Good understanding on design standards

· Experience in DB design

· Experience in gathering requirements from customer and convey to team

· Experience in Application performance tuning and addressing memory leaks

· Hands on creating LOW and High level design documents

· Adherence to Coding standards, involvement in peer reviews and maintainability.

· Very good knowledge on design patterns

· Expertise in development tools

· Mentor trainees and junior resources

· Learn specialized skills such as Web development concepts, Windows development concepts and Database etc

· Adherence on SDLC

· Write technical documentation

· Responsible for implementing an executable code solution, testing the resulting components and analyzing runtime profiles to debug errors that might exist.
