1 Available to work from Monday to Friday. 8 hours per day (stay online);
2 Good English writing skills; chat with customers, answering inquiries and questions;
3 improve workflow and report to team leader about issues found during interaction with customers;
4 Quick learner with logic, attentive to details, willing to learn
5 Good Internet connection
experience in AliExpress customer service is a big plus
