Our company has 1 open position for a Tier 1 customer support team member.
We do exciting work where we support thousands of entrepreneurs across the globe with our CRM marketing systems.

Responsibilities include:
- Runs live Chat USA Hours 11am CST-7pm CST
- Email Ticket Support
- Phone Support
- Troubleshooting capture pages and system modules
- Documenting(written and video capture) of real system challenges and reporting to our programming staff
- Loading auto responder content for clients into system
- Quality Control Testing of sites before they are made live for the client
Technical Skills Required:
- Excellent written and spoken english
- Clear understanding of HTML
